Content Creator & Social Media Manager (Marketing)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal. Hybrid role with office attendance an average of four days per week.

What you will do

• Concept, script, design, shoot, and edit short-form videos, visual assets, and carousels for the Portuguese audience.
• Manage the local content calendar, copywriting, scheduling, and daily publishing across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Reddit.
• Monitor cultural moments, viral audio, memes, and social trends to create timely reactive content.
• Localize global campaigns and creative guidelines while maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual standard.
• Organize media assets, raw footage, templates, and brand libraries for cross-platform distribution.

Requirements

• Experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or Digital Marketing Specialist in a brand or agency environment.
• Hands-on skills in video editing, basic visual design, and copywriting.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Reddit mechanics and best practices.
• Proficiency with video and design tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, Figma, or Photoshop.
• Strong storytelling, adaptability, and ability to work in fast-paced content cycles.
• Native-level Portuguese and professional fluency in English required.
