Location: Savannah, Georgia, United States. The role requires frequent work at field locations, governmental agencies, corporate entities, and client offices, with travel as dictated by job requirements.
Salary: USD $52,000–$83,200 per year, based on experience, education, skills, geography, and other compensable factors. Eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus may apply.

What you will do
- Support the ROW Supervisor and provide guidance to ROW Agents.
- Secure property-entry permissions and negotiate ROW options, easements, fee interests, curative documents, and damage settlements.
- Research property ownership and county records, analyze title documents, and resolve title defects.
- Develop construction lines based on landowner and tenant conditions or restrictions.
- Maintain detailed property-contact diaries, payment logs, weekly activity reports, and ROW documentation.
- Support construction activities, field operations, and project safety requirements.
Requirements
- Experience as a Title Agent or in a related title position.
- Experience researching land ownership and specialized knowledge of title research methods.
- Knowledge of land descriptions and terminology, surface and subsurface rights, document analysis, and title-curative procedures.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, exercise judgment, and solve business, technical, and administrative problems.
- Advanced ability to plot metes and bounds descriptions and convert land measurement values.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office spreadsheet and word-processing products; an associate degree is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
