Real Estate Services Technician 1

Location: Saint Louis Park or Minneapolis, Minnesota; Madison or Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States. Full-time, regular position.

Salary: $42,998–$61,425 per year in Minnesota; compensation depends on skills, experience, education, and geographic location.

What you will do

• Perform entry-level technical services for right-of-way projects.
• Conduct property research and order title documentation.
• Prepare documents and provide administrative support to the Real Estate Services team.
• Enter and track data in spreadsheets or databases and prepare client reports.
• Train in job-appropriate aspects of the right-of-way industry.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma with some college or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, editorial skills, and verbal communication.
• General background in title, paralegal work, real estate, real property law, or mortgage lending is beneficial.
• GIS and database familiarity is preferred.
