Location: United States locations in Minnesota and Wisconsin, including Saint Louis Park, Minneapolis, Madison, and Milwaukee

Salary: $56,522–$80,745 per year in Minnesota

What you will do

• Perform mid-level technical services and coordinate activities for right-of-way projects.
• Order and review title, conduct title curative work, and research property records.
• Prepare acquisition and document packages suitable for certification.
• Coordinate closing, settlement, condemnation, and document-recording packages.
• Maintain parcel-status databases, enter project data, and prepare client reports.
• Work closely with agents under the direction of a Project Manager.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in right-of-way, title, paralegal work, real property law, or mortgage lending.
• Ability to understand title, appraisal, environmental, and survey documents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly organized approach to work and strong attention to detail.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with databases and GIS.
