Advanced manufacturing company producing lightweight composite materials, carbon fiber, resins, prepregs, honeycombs, and engineered composite structures for industrial and aerospace applications.
What you will do
- Manage procurement of direct production materials and indirect materials, including MRO supplies, services, and consumables.
- Process accurate purchase requests and purchase orders in the ERP system while following procurement guidelines and segregation-of-duties controls.
- Coordinate raw-material procurement with planning teams to meet production requirements, lead times, safety-stock targets, and supply-continuity needs.
- Monitor Supplier On Time In Full performance, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions with suppliers.
- Support supplier audits, evaluations, contracts, compliance activities, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Negotiate prices and commercial terms, prepare procurement KPI reports, and coordinate sourcing strategy with Quality, Finance, Planning, Warehouse, Production, and Corporate Sourcing.
Requirements
- Engineering degree in Supply Chain or Procurement.
- At least 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, competitive bidding, and RFQ/RFP management.
- Experience with ERP systems and purchasing workflows, including data analysis, cost models, and supplier-performance monitoring.
- Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Must be eligible to work in Morocco. Strict compliance with segregation-of-duties and integrity requirements is expected.
