What you will do
- Handle the full recruitment process and life cycle for each vacancy, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
- Optimize and lead strategic recruiting activities.
- Actively source candidates using different channels, develop diverse candidate pools, and generate pipelines.
- Build long-term and mutual relations with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Organize interviews, receiving and communicating feedback to/from hiring managers and candidates.
- Participate in recruitment planning and project growth.
Requirements
- Over 5+ years of successful experience in IT recruitment, covering the full recruitment cycle.
- Strong research skills via social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, flexibility with changing priorities, and strong multi-tasking skills.
- Successful experience in closing technical, management, and design vacancies.
- Advanced level of English.
