TL;DR

Senior IT Recruiter: Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for global tech talent with an accent on strategic recruiting activities and building long-term relations. Focus on identifying professionals who will contribute to company success and optimize workflows in a fast-growing environment.

Location: On-site in the Lisbon Metropolitan area, Portugal. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available. Relocation package available to Portugal.

hirify.global is a global company creating end-to-end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing.

What you will do

  • Handle the full recruitment process and life cycle for each vacancy, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
  • Optimize and lead strategic recruiting activities.
  • Actively source candidates using different channels, develop diverse candidate pools, and generate pipelines.
  • Build long-term and mutual relations with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Organize interviews, receiving and communicating feedback to/from hiring managers and candidates.
  • Participate in recruitment planning and project growth.

Requirements

  • Over 5+ years of successful experience in IT recruitment, covering the full recruitment cycle.
  • Strong research skills via social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, flexibility with changing priorities, and strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Successful experience in closing technical, management, and design vacancies.
  • Advanced level of English.
