hirify.global is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist.

What you will do

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
• Create compelling job descriptions and postings for various platforms.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Efficiently screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and manage the candidate pipeline.
• Conduct interviews (phone, video, in-person) to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit, and manage the offer process.
• Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate tracking, interview management, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Proven experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to engage passive candidates.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitments concurrently.
• Familiarity with Portuguese employment law and regulations.
• Fluency in English.

• Experience recruiting for creative, media, or PR agencies.
