hirify.global is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist.
What you will do
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
- Create compelling job descriptions and postings for various platforms.
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Efficiently screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and manage the candidate pipeline.
- Conduct interviews (phone, video, in-person) to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit, and manage the offer process.
- Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate tracking, interview management, and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Proven experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to engage passive candidates.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitments concurrently.
- Familiarity with Portuguese employment law and regulations.
- Fluency in English.

- Experience recruiting for creative, media, or PR agencies.
