Buildings Intern - Summer 2027

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; hybrid schedule with at least 3 days per week in the office

Compensation: $47,959–$54,498 per year

What you will do

• Assist senior engineers with design calculations for buildings and other structures.
• Develop structural and other drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Support design reports, technical documentation, presentations, and construction submittal reviews.
• Help coordinate project requirements, schedules, and deliverables.
• Participate in site visits and collaborate with cross-functional project teams.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
• Degree program must be at an ABET-accredited university or NCEES-equivalent institution.
• Must be able to work in the Philadelphia office at least 3 days per week.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of design codes and standards.
• Availability for at least 3 months of the internship.
