Flex Stylist - Studio N - Downtown Seattle

Location: 1617 6th Avenue, Seattle, Washington 98101; flexible, on-call schedule based on work volume.

Pay range: $33.25–$53.00 hourly.

What you will do

• Execute on-set styling for hirify.global.com to a high standard while meeting output goals.
• Plan and prepare pre-shoots, anticipate challenges, solve problems, and incorporate merchandising priorities.
• Collaborate with Art Directors and Photographers by providing a styling perspective.
• Advise and guide Associate Stylists and Assistant Stylists as needed.
• Research brands, runway, and street style to stay current with fashion and retail trends.
• Identify and support improvements to workflow, efficiency, and styling quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate of Arts degree, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of styling experience, including 1 year in high-volume e-commerce.
• Online portfolio demonstrating fashion expertise and the ability to translate trends on set.
• Excellent styling techniques, knowledge of fashion and brands, and understanding of Art Direction.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility during peak periods.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Capture One and Canon camera operation.
