What you will do

• Oversee the copywriting team and ensure high-quality content aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Develop conceptual ideas and persuasive copy that drives action among healthcare audiences.
• Write content for digital channels, including banners, websites, social experiences, and SEO initiatives.
• Collaborate with account, creative, and other internal and external teams on complex projects.
• Apply strategic thinking and strong copy craftsmanship to pharmaceutical marketing work.
• Support inclusive collaboration and proactively manage bias.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and professional experience.
• 5–7 years of writing experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio featuring conceptual work and digital executions.
• Experience developing copy across digital channels, from strategy through execution.
• Experience managing complex projects involving internal and external account and creative teams.
• U.S. location eligibility is required; this role is available in select U.S. locations.

Nice to have

• 2–4 years of pharmaceutical writing experience.
• High-science experience, such as oncology or HIV.
