What you will do

• Build and maintain a comprehensive real estate fund dataset using public sources and information from fund managers.
• Validate data quality, investigate anomalies and outliers, and resolve inconsistencies before publication.
• Work directly with fund managers and clients to collect information, answer questions, and explain methodologies.
• Use AI-powered tools and internal applications to accelerate data collection, validation, and quality control.
• Design and automate data workflows, improving efficiency, scalability, and data quality.
• Analyze trends, document methodologies and controls, and communicate insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify patterns.
• Background or experience in data science, finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or another quantitative discipline.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accurate, reliable data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with clients and fund managers.
• Essential proficiency with AI tools and willingness to integrate AI and automation into daily workflows.
• Strong Excel skills, familiarity with data management or analytics tools, and an understanding of private markets and fund structures.
