Sales Force Data Analyst (Salesforce)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; hybrid work with office attendance twice per week

What you will do

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of Salesforce data.
• Use DemandTools to design and execute complex merge, deduplication, and data transformation routines.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues with sales, marketing, and IT teams.
• Develop and implement data hygiene processes.
• Implement AI agents for continuous data monitoring, anomaly detection, and automated remediation.
• Provide reporting and analytics to support business decision-making.

Requirements

• Experienced in Salesforce data hygiene and quality management.
• Hands-on expertise with Validity DemandTools, formerly CRM Fusion, for complex data manipulation and merging.
• Demonstrable experience with AI agents, machine learning algorithms, or intelligent automation for data cleaning, anomaly detection, or data enrichment.
• Ability to work from Mexico City and attend the office twice per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Experience with Einstein AI.
