What you will do

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of Salesforce data.
• Use DemandTools to design and execute complex merge scenarios, deduplication, and data transformation routines.
• Implement AI agents for 24/7 data monitoring, anomaly detection, and automated data remediation.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Develop and implement data hygiene processes.
• Provide reporting and analytics to support business decision-making.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Validity DemandTools for complex data manipulation.
• Demonstrable experience implementing or working with AI agents, machine learning algorithms, or intelligent automation tools.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with 2 days per week in the Mexico City office.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data quality management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, and IT departments.

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
