Vision Center Manager L3

Location: Covington, Georgia, United States; onsite at 4200 Salem Rd

Salary: $34.50–$46.00 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Drive Vision Center sales through merchandise presentation, competitive pricing, inventory management, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of customer and community needs.
• Provide direction on customer service, resolve complaints, and uphold the company’s customer service standards.
• Oversee compliance, asset protection, safety, quality assurance, confidentiality, and operational improvement plans.
• Hire, train, mentor, assign duties to, recognize, and develop Vision Center Associates.
• Consult with customers on eyewear, take measurements, verify prescriptions, perform minor frame repairs, and maintain optical equipment.
• Build stakeholder relationships, coordinate assignments, measure results, and support company programs and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Completion of two or more years of college, or qualifying combinations of retail, supervisory, general work, and optical experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable Georgia state laws, regulations, and rules.
• Ability to supervise and develop Associates, communicate effectively, and maintain standards of ethics, integrity, safety, and compliance.
