Legal Technology & AI Attorney – International Disputes (AI)

What you will do

• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies to litigation, arbitration, employment, antitrust, competition, and white-collar matters.
• Evaluate, prototype, and implement AI-assisted tools, document automation solutions, prompt libraries, and technology-enabled workflows.
• Participate in pilots involving AI-driven research, drafting, knowledge extraction, document analysis, and market analytics.
• Build and maintain scalable Disputes precedent, knowledge, and work-product infrastructure.
• Collaborate with attorneys, technologists, Research, Practice Group Management, and Information Technology teams.
• Lead training sessions and gather feedback to improve knowledge systems, tools, and adoption.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer in England & Wales with a Bachelor of Laws, J.D., or equivalent and strong academic credentials.
• At least four years of post-qualification experience in litigation, arbitration, or another contentious practice.
• Strong interest in AI and emerging technology, with the ability to apply legal training to workflow design, tool development, or process improvement.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, independent judgment, critical thinking, and organisational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and build effective relationships across practice groups and departments.

Nice to have

• Personal or professional coding or technology-building experience.
• Relevant legal background outside the listed contentious practices.
