Quality Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Aprilia, Italy; onsite at the Aprilia factory

What you will do

• Ensure finished goods conform to customer quality expectations.
• Verify and continuously improve production processes.
• Coordinate Quality Inspectors and supervise sorting activities.
• Manage production vision systems.
• Lead problem-solving activities through the definition and implementation of corrective actions for non-conformities and out-of-specification results.

Requirements

• University degree in Management or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of industrial experience in Quality.
• Good knowledge of quality tools used in a certified quality system.
• Ability to manage people, with problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Fluent Italian and good English required.
