What you will do

• Manage the banking center's goals, service standards, marketing activities, operations, and financial metrics.
• Recruit, train, develop, evaluate, and coach associates to achieve individual and branch performance objectives.
• Provide consultative customer service and recommend banking solutions across branch, digital, lending, mortgage, and advisory resources.
• Facilitate consumer loan requests and coach staff on effective loan sales and servicing.
• Grow existing and develop new small business banking relationships through client-facing market activity.
• Maintain operational soundness, customer satisfaction, security, and compliance with applicable laws and policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two to four years of management experience.
• Ability to lead sales processes while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Ability to motivate employees and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS), or ability to obtain an NMLS license after employment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

Nice to have

• BS or BA degree, or equivalent work experience.
