SAP Program Manager

Location: Tampa, Florida, United States; onsite four days per week

What you will do

• Lead an enterprise SAP transformation from planning and design through implementation, deployment, stabilization, and transition to operations.
• Coordinate business, technology, SAP, data, integration, and implementation workstreams.
• Establish program governance, integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, decision-making processes, and executive reporting.
• Manage consulting firms, systems integration partners, vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Oversee program risks, issues, scope changes, resource constraints, financials, schedules, and delivery performance.
• Drive implementation readiness, cutover planning, deployment, and executive communication.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of progressive project or program management experience leading complex enterprise technology programs.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• PMP, PgMP, or comparable project/program management certification.
• Significant experience leading large-scale SAP implementations and transformation initiatives.
• Deep experience managing complex enterprise integrations and multiple concurrent workstreams, stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
• Ability to work onsite in Tampa four days per week.

Nice to have

• SAP ERP Lead or CRB Lead transformation experience.
• Experience in utility, energy, or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience coordinating global or large-scale systems integration partners.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid enterprise delivery methodologies.
