Director of Operations (YouTube)

What you will do

• Own KPI reporting infrastructure across all WatchTime Studios channels in partnership with the analytics function.
• Deliver channel and studio performance reporting to the General Manager, executives, and staff.
• Maintain the source of truth for views, retention, RPM, and revenue across the portfolio.
• Own publishing execution across YouTube and social platforms, including metadata, scheduling, and platform requirements.
• Support vendor sourcing and management across casting, VFX, and specialty services, including contracts, rates, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate video production pipelines with Production Managers and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital media or platform operations.
• Experience running publishing, analytics, and vendor operations across multiple YouTube or social media channels.
• Demonstrated experience improving the speed and effectiveness of operational systems supporting multiple channels.
