Director, Global Instructor Operations

Location: New York, New York; hybrid role based at hirify.global's New York City headquarters

Base salary range: $215,800–$274,900 USD annually, plus annual equity awards, an Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and region-specific benefits.

What you will do

• Lead business affairs for the global Instructor organization and partner with the SVP, Global Content & Instructor Strategy.
• Lead instructor contract negotiations and oversee agreements through renewals, amendments, documentation, and governance.
• Advise on contractual commitments, outside business activities, brand partnerships, commercial opportunities, and sensitive talent matters.
• Build scalable operating models, documented processes, workflows, standards, communications, and escalation paths.
• Lead and develop the Global Instructor Strategy Operations team while overseeing vendors, resources, and operational budgets.
• Provide strategic oversight for major instructor initiatives and tentpole programs, including work connected to live events and productions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in complex talent management, business affairs, live production, or operational environments.
• Experience managing complex talent relationships or executive-level stakeholders in entertainment, sports, agency, hospitality, or high-growth consumer brand environments.
• Demonstrated experience building scalable processes, operating models, and systems.
• Exceptional judgment and discretion with high-profile talent and sensitive business matters.
• Strong organizational, communication, strategic planning, project management, analytical, and budget management skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools; ability to travel occasionally and work during key live events or productions with advance notice.
