Delivery Manager (Fintech)

Location: Porto or Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid)

Salary: €28,000–€52,000 per month

What you will do

• Manage IT delivery across software engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Plan deliveries and coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders in a distributed organization.
• Manage delivery risks, incidents, and production releases.
• Challenge unrealistic commitments and escalate risks early.
• Support projects involving payments, banking, application migration, or system decommissioning.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in IT delivery management, technical project management, or a similar coordination role.
• Experience working with software engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of delivery planning, risk management, incident management, and production releases.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders in a distributed organization.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent French and professional English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, banking, fintech, application migration, or system decommissioning.
