What you will do

• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring data accuracy and conducting variance analysis.
• Track financial performance and proactively identify business risks and opportunities.
• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives across financial planning and reporting.
• Conduct profitability analysis across products, customer segments, and revenue streams.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, and Finance leadership to support data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Considerable experience in finance and strong commercial acumen.
• Ability to identify and solve varied business problems and make timely decisions.
• Experience creating a robust finance control environment while meeting business needs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for working with senior management.
• Advanced Excel modelling and PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
