Back Office Controller (Automotive)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global Albania headquarters in Tirana, Albania; Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

What you will do

• Monitor, analyze, and control vehicle maintenance and repair costs for the German market.
• Validate, document, and process production-related financial data and invoices.
• Calculate and track vehicle maintenance and repair expenses.
• Analyze cost trends and deviations and prepare regular reports and performance analyses.
• Support budget, actual cost, and financial performance monitoring.
• Improve and automate controlling processes and financial tools.

Requirements

• Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or a related field.
• A few years of experience in controlling, finance, accounting, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
• Strong attention to detail, structured working style, ownership, and accountability.
• Excellent command of English required; German is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Experience in cost controlling, production controlling, or operational finance.
• Experience with ERP systems or other financial tools.
• German language skills.
