TL;DR
Mid Accounts Payable Manager (Automotive): Processing and verifying invoices, matching purchase orders with invoices and delivery notes, and maintaining accurate accounts payable records with an accent on reconciliations, vendor communication, and month-end closing. Focus on resolving payment discrepancies, improving invoice accuracy, and coordinating financial issues across departments.
Location: Onsite at Group headquarters in Laprake, Tirana, Albania. Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

What you will do
- Process and verify invoices for received goods and services.
- Match purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Maintain accurate accounts payable transaction records.
- Respond to vendor questions about payments and invoice status.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Support month-end closing and collaborate with other departments on payment issues.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance, ideally in accounts payable.
- Higher education in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Very good English is required.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and deadline-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and support or coordinate tasks within a team.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Oracle, Optima, Symfonia, or a similar ERP system.
- Knowledge of German.
