Mid Accounts Payable Manager (Finance)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global headquarters, Rruga Dritan Hoxha, Laprake, Tirana, Albania. Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

What you will do

• Process and verify invoices for goods and services.
• Match purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable transaction records.
• Respond to vendor questions about payments and invoice status.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end closing and collaborate with other departments on payment issues.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance, ideally in accounts payable.
• Higher education in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Very good knowledge of English is required.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate or support tasks within a team.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Oracle, Optima, Symfonia, or a similar ERP system.
• Knowledge of German.
