Director – Regulatory Compliance and BSA/AML

What you will do

• Lead regulatory compliance, BSA/AML, and fair lending audit engagements for financial institution clients.
• Oversee risk assessments, testing strategies, documentation, and alignment with regulatory expectations.
• Review workpapers, findings, and reports for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Present engagement results and recommendations while serving as a primary client contact and advisor.
• Coach engagement teams, support staffing and workload management, and foster professional development.
• Improve audit programs, templates, tools, pricing, resource planning, and business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in financial services compliance, BSA/AML, audit, or consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Ability to communicate findings and recommendations clearly in verbal and written form.
• Ability to work under deadlines, interpret data and documents, and interact with internal and external customers.
