Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (Python / React)

What you will do

• Modernize the core cloud-based platform and build scalable, maintainable distributed systems.
• Design and implement reliable, observable AI and agentic workflows using LLMs.
• Build and maintain responsive, secure, scalable, and well-tested React frontend features alongside Python backend services.
• Make architectural decisions, resolve technical debt, and improve system stability, performance, and developer velocity.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and own projects from design through production launch.
• Maintain code quality through testing, security remediation, documentation, estimation, reporting, and code reviews.

Requirements

• Extensive senior-level software engineering experience with strong Python and distributed systems expertise.
• Experience owning technical features from design through production deployment and solving ambiguous technical challenges.
• Production experience with React frontend applications, relational databases, Git, Python package management, and Pytest.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, and deploying and operating systems on AWS.
• Intermediate design proficiency with UML, C4, or ArchiMate, plus experience with medium-to-large software systems.
• Proficiency in English and experience with GitHub Copilot or a similar AI coding assistant and spec-driven development.

Nice to have

• Flask, Snowflake, agentic frameworks such as MCP or A2A, and workflow orchestration platforms such as Apache Airflow or Automic Automation.
• Knowledge of HTTP, JSON, XML, SCA platforms, and additional AI coding agents such as Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
