Senior Analyst, Operations And Implementation (Ecommerce)

Location: Onsite at the Bentonville, Arkansas home office

Annual salary: $60,000–$110,000 in Bentonville; $78,000–$143,000 in San Bruno, California. Additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses may apply.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and platform launches for SMB, multi-location, and Mid-Market sellers.
• Act as the primary seller contact, explaining onboarding requirements, timelines, and enablement steps.
• Build onboarding plans, track milestones and dependencies, and drive on-time launches.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Go-to-Market, Account Management, Product, Compliance, and Seller Success teams.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and workflow improvements while contributing to SOPs, playbooks, and enablement resources.
• Maintain accurate CRM and operational-system updates and share insights for program improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Supply Chain, Communications, or a related field, or two years of relevant experience in retail, production, or operations management.
• Experience managing multiple onboarding engagements, timelines, risks, and stakeholder dependencies.
• Ability to build seller relationships and translate complex requirements into actionable steps.
• Strong coordination, communication, accountability, and operational organization skills.
• Ability to work from the Bentonville, Arkansas home office.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Project Management certification.
