Location: Torrance, California, United States
Salary: $40.00–$50.00 per hour, depending on experience.

What you will do
- Lead the installation, programming, integration, commissioning, testing, and validation of enterprise-level access control systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot access control networks, hardware devices, software components, and video management systems.
- Execute system upgrades, firmware updates, and software patches.
- Conduct site surveys and collaborate with engineers on tailored access control solutions.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, and configuration records.
- Mentor field technicians on installation standards, programming methods, and best practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience installing, configuring, and programming access control systems, including enterprise-level systems.
- Required manufacturer-specific access control certification.
- Experience with Identiv/Hirsch, HID, AMAG, Brivo, Verkada, and SALTO systems.
- Knowledge of low-voltage systems, wiring standards, electronic security network configuration, and IP-based system integration.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and video management system integration.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and access elevated areas up to 6 feet.

- Experience leading or supervising technical installation teams.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
