Business Development Coordinator

Location: New York City, New York; compensation information also lists Washington, DC.

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annualized for New York; $68,872–$75,000 annualized for Washington, DC.

What you will do

• Create and maintain fact sheets, brochures, presentations, placemats, and other marketing materials for assigned practice areas.
• Compile experience lists and support pitches, RFPs, legal directory submissions, and award submissions.
• Coordinate newsletters, hosted events, conference sponsorships, invitations, and event materials.
• Research clients, competitors, industries, and market trends; track business development activities and prepare reporting.
• Support client targeting, business planning across practice groups and regions, and lateral onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of marketing and business development activities.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate, incorporate feedback, and maintain confidentiality.
