Influencer & Branded Content Associate (Influencer Marketing)

What you will do

• Identify and select influencers aligned with client audiences and campaign objectives.
• Coordinate end-to-end influencer campaigns with creators, talent agencies, internal teams, clients, and brand partners.
• Support branded content creation, brand guideline compliance, content reviews, outreach, negotiation, and contracting.
• Analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
• Monitor influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.
• Help scale influencer and creator marketing frameworks, talent relationships, and execution standards.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in influencer and branded content, plus a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with content creation, influencer marketing strategy, contract review, and proposal development.
• Strong attention to detail and project implementation skills, including managing campaigns from concept to completion.
• Strong presentation, communication, client service, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with influencer management dashboards, social media platforms, and campaign analytics.
• Curiosity, adaptability, customer focus, and a collaborative approach to leadership and professional relationships.
