TL;DR
PtP Finance Administrator (OCR/Invoice Processing): Digitizing scanned documents, analyzing accounting discrepancies, and troubleshooting exceptions in automated invoice processing with an accent on data accuracy, root-cause analysis, and process improvement. Focus on expanding automation scope, collaborating with RPA Developers and cross-functional teams, and implementing corrective actions.
Location: Krakow, Poland; hybrid work with a minimum of 47 remote days per year

What you will do
- Digitize scanned documents using OCR and ensure data accuracy.
- Analyze discrepancies across accounting systems and identify root causes.
- Troubleshoot exceptions, duplicates, and rejected items in automated invoice processing.
- Coordinate daily work with Invoice Processing, Helpdesk, Automation, and Continuous Improvement teams.
- Support scope expansion by analyzing new vendors and collaborating with RPA Developers.
- Implement process improvements, follow up on corrective actions, and provide reports and analysis.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under time pressure.
- Proactive, detail-focused, and collaborative approach.
- Experience with OCR, automation, RPA, or invoice processing is advantageous.
