Senior Application Engineer (Microsoft)

Location: Based in one of the U.S. offices: Century City, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, New York City, Orange County, Palo Alto, San Francisco, or Washington, D.C.

Annual compensation: $170,000–$200,000, plus discretionary performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Administer, configure, monitor, troubleshoot, upgrade, and optimize enterprise legal applications.
• Design and implement scalable, secure systems, integrations, workflows, and automation initiatives.
• Manage iManage, Intapp Wallbuilder, Records Management, Microsoft, and related client/server platforms.
• Build and maintain data flows, business rules, security policies, and integrations using Integration Builder, Boomi, REST APIs, and related tools.
• Coordinate vendors, SLAs, projects, deployments, documentation, and technical training.
• Support risk assessments, vulnerability remediation, compliance controls, and ethical wall implementations with Legal and Compliance teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years supporting and administering enterprise applications in professional services, legal, or regulated environments.
• Strong PowerShell and scripting experience for automation, upgrades, and configuration management.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft SQL, T-SQL, Windows, Linux, and core networking concepts.
• Expert knowledge of document management, records management, Intapp Wallbuilder, and related security models.
• Experience with Integration Builder, REST APIs, client/server applications, business-critical systems, and cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• ITIL, Lean, or Agile experience.
• Microsoft, iManage, or Litera certifications.
