Software Engineer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California; full-time, on-site

Salary: $200,000–$280,000 USD annually

hirify.global is a seed-stage people data and AI infrastructure company building a large-scale real-time identity graph.

What you will do

• Build and ship customer-facing products and platform capabilities across backend services, data infrastructure, and frontend surfaces.
• Design and operate high-volume data pipelines and services at massive scale.
• Build AI agents, agent harnesses, and developer tooling, and operate them reliably in production.
• Make architecture decisions, communicate tradeoffs, and evolve designs as requirements change.
• Work directly with founders and customers to turn ambiguous requests into product decisions and working software.

Requirements

• 1–6 years of software engineering experience, preferably in an early-stage startup.
• End-to-end ownership of a production system from concept through deployment and ongoing operations.
• Strong backend fundamentals, including APIs, data modeling, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience building and operating high-volume data pipelines.
• Strong computer science fundamentals and experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI agent systems.
• Available to start by mid-September 2026.

Nice to have

• Experience with identity resolution, data enrichment, or entity-matching systems.
• Experience working at an early-stage startup.
