Seasonal Experiential/Fitting Technician (Golf)

Location: Germany, primarily across West and Central Germany; base location in the Hanover or Cologne area. Extensive regional travel and varied working hours are required.

What you will do

• Plan and manage an independent schedule of experiential golf events.
• Deliver high-quality custom club-fitting experiences.
• Maintain expert knowledge of TaylorMade products and fitting methods.
• Provide monthly reports and regional market insights.
• Manage travel arrangements and expenses responsibly.

Requirements

• Genuine passion for golf and golf equipment is essential.
• Strong understanding of club fitting and launch-monitor technology such as Trackman.
• Self-motivated approach and ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Flexibility to travel extensively across the region and work varied hours.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the golf industry.
• Experience with custom fitting and launch monitors such as Trackman.
