Quality Associate (Medtech)

hirify.global Hemoteq GmbH operates within the Freudenberg Group and develops and manufactures medical products in a regulated environment.

What you will do

• Review production records and analytical results for raw materials and finished products against internal requirements.
• Release or block raw materials and products in coordination with the Quality Supervisor.
• Assess deviations and non-conforming products during shipment and batch release activities.
• Support internal and external audits and perform batch traceability across the product lifecycle.
• Process releases, transactions, and traceability records in the ERP system; manage SOPs, work instructions, and forms in the DMS.
• Maintain quality documents, retain samples, and quality metrics while supporting change initiatives, process improvements, and Quality Assurance onboarding.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, preferably with a chemical, technical, or scientific background.
• Initial experience in quality assurance or a regulated environment such as a laboratory.
• Strong quality awareness, structured and detail-oriented working style, analytical skills, and independent organization.
• Strong initiative, teamwork, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common Windows-based applications.
• Fluent German and basic English, both written and spoken, are required.
