What you will do

• Deliver and record radiation therapy treatments under the direction of a radiation oncologist and chief radiation therapist.
• Position radiation beams accurately and deliver prescribed doses according to treatment plans.
• Enter and maintain patient treatment parameters in the electronic medical record.
• Interpret computerized treatment plans and complete simple MU calculations.
• Create custom molds and cut blocks when applicable.
• Support patient scheduling, billing information, clinical instruction, and a clean, safe work environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy program.
• ARRT certification required.
• Valid state radiation therapy license required.
• Ability to sit regularly, stand, walk, reach, and occasionally lift or move up to 30 pounds.
