Accounting Manager (Golf)

What you will do

• Lead transactional accounting operations across procurement-to-payment, direct goods receipt to intercompany payment, and order-to-cash collection cycles.
• Manage vendor invoices, employee expense claims, customer invoicing, payment proposals, receivables monitoring, credit limits, and collection escalation.
• Lead monthly accounting close activities, including revenue cutoffs, inventory and cost accounting, direct purchasing invoices, related-party transactions, and intercompany balances.
• Supervise and mentor the Accounting team while serving as the primary contact for transactional accounting inquiries.
• Support internal and external audits and maintain accounting manuals and processes.
• Manage ERP and accounting process improvement projects and drive operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or an equivalent field.
• At least five years of professional accounting experience in international companies.
• Previous supervisory or people management experience.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and major ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• High standards of honesty, integrity, reliability, ownership, and accountability.

Nice to have

• Finance or accounting experience in consumer businesses, preferably the golf industry.
• US CPA or J CPA designation.
• Business-level English proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Oracle EBS experience.
• Experience supporting major IT system implementations, upgrades, or finance process improvement projects.
