What you will do
- Assist attorneys with pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
- Draft and file documents with the court.
- Maintain accurate case files and records through data entry and document organization.
- Manage case calendars and deadlines to support timely filings.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in litigation.
- Support project management activities for ongoing cases.
Requirements
- Previous litigation paralegal experience is required.
- Familiarity with litigation processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in legal drafting and administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in person in Fort Myers, Florida, US.
