SAP Solution Architect & BTM Technical Owner (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: US-CO-Boulder-Nautilus Drive, United States

Salary: $127,680–$199,500 per year, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solutions and provide technical leadership for ERP transformation programs.
• Lead architecture for Procurement, Materials Management, Source-to-Pay, Inventory Management, and related supply chain processes.
• Own SAP Business Technology Platform capabilities for integrations, extensions, automation, and application development.
• Own Business Transformation Management tools including SAP LeanIX, SAP Signavio, SAP Cloud ALM, Tricentis, and Syniti.
• Lead data migration, data assessment, cleansing, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.
• Drive data archiving, information lifecycle management, clean-core adoption, and SAP/non-SAP integration design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of SAP experience in solution architecture, implementation, or technical leadership.
• Strong experience with SAP Materials Management, Procurement, and Source-to-Pay processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations, SAP BTP, integrations, data migration, data governance, and data quality.
• Experience with SAP LeanIX, SAP Signavio, SAP Cloud ALM, Tricentis, Syniti, or similar transformation and lifecycle management tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or SAP certifications in S/4HANA, MM, BTP, or related disciplines.
• Experience with global ERP transformation programs and enterprise architecture practices.
• Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite, SAP MDG, SAP ILM, or related SAP solutions.
