TL;DR
Data Scientist (AI) (Python/SQL/Databricks): Design and deploy predictive, experimental, and optimization models for client decisions with an accent on data integration, model validation, and reproducible analytics. Focus on building forecasting and segmentation solutions, diagnosing data-quality issues, and implementing model deployment and monitoring with engineering teams.

What you will do
- Design, deploy, validate, and monitor forecasting, classification, regression, segmentation, and optimization models.
- Conduct A/B tests and causal analyses using rigorous experimental design and clear documentation.
- Integrate data from multiple sources, create data-quality reporting, investigate anomalies, and validate database changes.
- Translate business and client requirements into technical specifications and maintainable analytical solutions.
- Present findings to internal, external, and executive stakeholders, and build decision-oriented KPI reports and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on version control, reproducibility, MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, governance, privacy, and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, MIS, Marketing Research, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–5+ years of hands-on analytics experience with predictive modeling, A/B testing, and optimization.
- Advanced SQL and Python skills, including querying, manipulating, and interpreting data from databases and data warehouses.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks for large-scale data processing and machine learning workflows.
- Proficiency with Tableau and/or Power BI, Git/GitLab, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to present analyses to management, collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, diagnose data-quality issues, and apply data governance, privacy, compliance, and Master Data Management concepts.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAS or R in an applied analytics environment.
- Familiarity with automotive or VIN data and complex industry-specific data structures.
- Exposure to AI-enabled analytics workflows or automation.
- Experience in integrated marketing, consulting, or digital services environments.
