Program Manager - Federal Contracts

Salary: $125,000–$155,000 per year, depending on experience

What you will do

• Serve as the primary interface with the SEWP Program Management Office and manage day-to-day SEWP VI contract operations.
• Lead contract onboarding, modifications, deliverables, audits, inspections, reporting, and compliance activities.
• Establish and improve governance frameworks, operating procedures, workflows, and operational controls.
• Coordinate execution across contracts, finance, procurement, engineering, operations, security, marketing, capture, and federal sales teams.
• Manage technology refresh activities, catalog maintenance, pricing updates, product authorizations, and partner relationships.
• Support opportunity qualification, RFQ responses, contract execution, customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and internal SEWP training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 7–10 years of experience supporting federal programs, contract operations, business operations, acquisition environments, or complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience establishing processes, governance structures, and operational frameworks for federal IT, technology, or professional services programs.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SEWP or other GWAC, IDIQ, MAC, or BPA contract vehicles.
• Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and contract administration.
• Capture, proposal, or business development experience and OEM or partner management experience.
• Technical knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, cloud, managed services, or federal IT.
• PMP certification or an active federal security clearance, or the ability to obtain one.
