Controlling Manager Automotive APAC Region (Automotive)

What you will do

• Manage regional financial performance for the Automotive Business Unit and its sub-segments across Asia and the Pacific.
• Lead monthly performance analysis and reviews covering profit and loss, key performance indicators, and value drivers.
• Partner with local, regional, and global management teams on investments, pricing, margins, productivity initiatives, and strategic projects.
• Analyze customer and product profitability, pricing, cost structures, working capital, and capacity utilization.
• Control manufacturing, material, conversion, and productivity costs in Suzhou operations and monitor corrective actions.
• Lead regional planning and forecasting, including risk and opportunity analysis and standardized deviation reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
• At least 10 years of experience in finance and controlling, preferably in automotive or manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across functions and organizational levels.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing is required.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, business applications, and business intelligence systems.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant qualification.
