Senior Product Manager - Secrets Manager

Location: Remote in the United States; no time-zone preference. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Starting base compensation in the U.S.: $165,000–$200,000 annually.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, quarterly commitments, and prioritization for Secrets Manager.
• Conduct continuous discovery with developers, DevOps engineers, and platform teams using customer and market feedback.
• Write and present PRDs, strategy narratives, and decision documents for executives, customers, and the board.
• Partner with the Senior Product Owner on backlog handoff, scoping decisions, and sprint delivery.
• Shape the developer experience across SDKs, CLI, Kubernetes Operator, Terraform provider, CI/CD integrations, and platform APIs.
• Define agentic credential access, go-to-market plans, product instrumentation, and outcome measurement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a developer-facing, DevOps, or infrastructure product.
• Working familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, access policies, audit logging, and credential lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated strategic roadmap ownership and ability to make and explain prioritization decisions.
• Practical experience using AI tools for research, specification writing, competitive analysis, and prototyping.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive audiences, plus comfort working with open-source communities.

Nice to have

• Background in secrets management, privileged access management, identity security, or adjacent infrastructure.
• Experience with Anthropic Claude.
