What you will do

• Oversee manufacturing, engineering, and production processes within the plant to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Manage manufacturing engineering activities, optimizing production processes and implementing innovative techniques.
• Supervise production operations for timely and cost-effective manufacturing of pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
• Coordinate repair and maintenance operations to maintain equipment functionality and minimize downtime.
• Direct quality, environmental, and employee health and safety activities, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Experience overseeing plant manufacturing, engineering, production, maintenance, quality, and safety functions.
• Ability to manage manufacturing engineering and production operations.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance, quality controls, safety protocols, and environmental compliance.
• Ability to work onsite in Melrose Park, Illinois.
