What you will do

• Build, structure, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple international markets.
• Manage paid media budgets of €150,000+ per month, with planned growth toward €1 million per month.
• Own end-to-end tracking and conversion setup using Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and offline conversion uploads.
• Design and run systematic A/B tests across campaign structures and landing pages.
• Analyze experiment results, translate insights into optimization actions, and deliver measurable acquisition growth.
• Adapt campaign strategies to market dynamics and collaborate with Go-to-Market managers and the Performance Marketing team.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience running international Google Ads campaigns at scale.
• Experience managing large monthly advertising budgets, including €150,000+ per month.
• Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Search Console, offline conversion uploads, tracking, and attribution.
• Structured, analytical mindset with a strong focus on testing and data-driven iteration.
• Ability to extract performance insights and turn them into optimization actions.
• Excellent English communication skills and availability for on-site work in Vienna, Austria.
