TL;DR

Growth Marketing Manager (Music): Driving the growth of a music-learning app by owning user acquisition, experimenting across channels, and scaling a community of music learners across DACH and beyond. Focus on planning, launching, and optimizing paid and organic campaigns, and representing the brand at key music and education touchpoints.

Location: Must be based in Europe and be willing to relocate to Salzburg or travel there regularly.

hirify.global's MyGroove is an innovative music-learning app redefining how people pick up an instrument, making music education accessible, engaging, and fun.

What you will do

  • Take end-to-end ownership of user acquisition for the MyGroove app, turning strategy into hands-on execution.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid and organic campaigns across channels like Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Build a lean creative production engine, working with partners and creators or producing performance assets yourself.
  • Track the full funnel and optimize for real outcomes such as revenue after marketing, CPI, CAC, retention, LTV, and subscription KPIs.
  • Experiment with new organic growth levers and turn the strongest ideas into repeatable playbooks.
  • Plan and run MyGroove’s presence at key music and education touchpoints, including trade shows and music school activations, mainly across the DACH region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • English fluent; German is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in app growth, ideally focused on user acquisition.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, ASO, and analytics / MMP tools.
  • A strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of subscription business models.
  • Are based in Europe and are willing to relocate to Salzburg or travel there regularly.

  • Ideally playing an instrument – or you’re eager to learn one using the MyGroove app to deeply understand our users and product.
