Senior Client Partner, Large Customer Sales (Big Box Retail)

Location: Must be based in person in Chicago or New York City, United States

Base salary: $124,700–$174,600 USD per year, plus equity and commission eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage and deepen relationships with advertising agencies, retail brands, and Fortune 500 clients to drive year-over-year Reddit revenue growth.
• Establish relationships with new clients and educate them about Reddit and its advertising platform.
• Use agency and direct client relationships to identify new buyers of Reddit advertising products.
• Analyze internal and external data to develop client strategies and pitch proposals.
• Own client meetings from agenda through final presentation, define outcomes, assign participant roles, and set expectations.
• Provide strategic advice, communicate platform updates and opportunities, and collaborate with media planning and ad operations teams to achieve client marketing goals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital media, including at least 3 years in sales.
• Experience owning partnerships with complex enterprise technology organizations and managing relationships up to C-level executives.
• Deep expertise in relevant industry verticals, product types, or measurement solutions.
• Existing relationships within agency and direct-client environments.
• Subject matter expertise in social media and native advertising, plus experience building long-term account growth strategies.
• Demonstrated top-performer results against sales targets and a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
