What you will do
- Set up and coordinate official artist online stores, acting as the main point of contact for artist management and internal UK and US teams.
- Develop merchandise ranges with design teams, secure artist approvals, coordinate production, and set quantities and pricing.
- Manage album pre-orders, bundles, ticket bundles, inventory levels, and store links in collaboration with CRM and Digital teams.
- Maintain merchandise ranges, monitor trends, and initiate new product drops.
- Coordinate stock ordering and delivery with the Operations Manager.
- Prepare pre-order, sales, and inventory reports and manage each store’s P&L using historical data.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar e-commerce role.
- Experience working in the fast-paced, reactive environment of an artist online store.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong Excel spreadsheet skills.
- Confidence working with numbers, inventory, pricing, sales reporting, and P&L.
- Passion for creating merchandise and launching products for fans.
