Visual Merchandising Operations Executive - UKI & EMEA

Location: London, supporting projects across UKI & EMEA, including the UK, Ireland, Europe, and the Middle East. Regular store visits, site visits, travel, and on-site installation oversight are required.

What you will do

• Coordinate project dates, critical paths, trackers, milestones, documentation, and status updates in Asana.
• Manage seasonal updates, shop-in-shop openings, gondola installations, expansions, overhauls, and secondary retail displays.
• Coordinate tester orders, kitting, factice and hygiene deliveries, installation schedules, and quality control with vendors and retailers.
• Raise purchase orders, track budgets and capex spend, review quotes, and report variances and potential overruns.
• Conduct store visits, audits, photo reviews, and installation checks while ensuring planogram, fixture, safety, and brand guideline compliance.
• Produce installation, post-launch, snagging, maintenance, and competitor insight reports, managing issue resolution through completion.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills across multiple workstreams and timelines.
• High attention to detail when maintaining trackers, documentation, store lists, instruction packs, and databases.
• Clear and professional communication with internal teams, retailers, field teams, and vendors.
• Operational understanding of visual merchandising and store design execution, including seasonal updates, installations, and maintenance.
• Experience raising purchase orders, tracking spend, and identifying budget variances.
• Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
