Sr Account Specialist - Lending (Finance)

What you will do

• Manage lending accounts in accordance with fiduciary duties, legal requirements, company policies, client needs, and business risk considerations.
• Respond to daily client requests, including money movement status, account changes, and other account information.
• Coordinate account setups, fees, distributions, and ongoing account activity with support areas.
• Monitor transactions and overdrafts, resolve outstanding issues, and address account review exceptions and compliance matters.
• Maintain complete account documentation and system records in accordance with U.S. administrative practices.
• Identify and promote improvements to internal processes.

Requirements

• Experience managing client accounts and handling fiduciary or lending administration responsibilities.
• Ability to research and resolve client and account issues.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements, fiduciary policies, and account documentation practices.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
